Guthrie Bell Productions Presents a night of surf, garage and punk rock: The Great White Caps w/ special guests the Last Conspirators Thursday, May 30, 9:00pm, at the Bayou Cafe 79 North Pearl Street, Albany NY.
The Great White Caps have been bringing a unique blend of traditional surf music, garage rock, and summer vibes to the stage since 2009. With their brains hardwired to have a good time wherever they go, GWC has been converting music lovers to dive in to what they call BEACH ROCK!
On the verge of releasing their third album the Last Conspirators were just voted one of the area's "Best Punk Bands" in the Metroland Readers Poll. The ALL MUSIC GUIDE calls the Last Conspirators “a powerful rock & roll band whose sound fuses old-school punk, roots rock, and heartland rock, with fierce, often politically charged lyrics on top. The Last Conspirators are fronted by singer and songwriter Tim Livingston a pioneering figure on the punk scene in New York State’s Hudson Valley.”
